MY story

Babette ❤️

This sweet older girl was found abandoned, hungry, and alone in a burnt out building in Romania. She has come such a long way from the scared girl she was and is now ready to find her forever home.

We think she is around 8/9 years old. She does have some mild arthritis and has been having laser therapy and does some special exercises which her foster will talk you through, but she's doing very well and pain-free.

She is good with dogs and is currently with 2 others in foster. She would be fine as an only dog, too, as she does like her space. She would like a calm house as she is quite timid. She can be shy when she meets new people and will do it on her own time. When she does open up, she's a lovely, sweet little girl.

She loves her walks and walks very nicely by your side. She is very house clean, fine to be left alone for short periods and great in the car. Children 10 plus as she'd like a calmer home.

MY PERFECT HOME

Babette would like a quiter home as the only dog or another older calmer dog. We are currently cat testing her and will get the results soon. Children need to be 10+ please as Babette needs a calmer home. She will need a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum.

Fill in application form

Please fill in the form as honestly as possible. Our team will read the application and make sure it is the right match for the dog being applied for.

We will arrange a home check

If you and the dogs seem a good fit we will call you to discuss further, arrange to meet the dog and arrange a physical home check at your home.

Matched with your dog 

Once we have agreed together that this is the right dog for you we will arrange for your dog to come to you. Depending whether this is via kennels or foster homes it may vary.

Ongoing Support

We love to keep in touch with everyone and hope you will reach out if you have any concerns or questions. We work with a number of local trainers and behaviourists too who can provide support.
