MY story

Addie was dumped at a road side in the niddle of nowhere in Romania and had been clipped by a car. He has a little skip to his step as a result but xrays have shown its healed and there is no more that can be done.

MY PERFECT HOME

Addie needs someone who is happy to work with his fear of visitors. He can be barky and growly with new people in the house. Out and about he us absolutely fine. He adores other dogs and cats and is no issue with them and we do also think with a confident dog around him this would help with visitors too. Ideally someone with either few visitors or who is happy to work with a behaviourist to see him right and manage him around visitors in the home e.g. putting him out the way for that period of time initially when someone is about.
He is house clean ok to be left for short periods and walks lovely on the lead.
Addie is the absolutely sweetest lad with those around him he just needs that lottle confidence boost with visitors and managing his anxiety with that.
Sadly this has meant he has been with us a while now and despite going to one home he was returned because he didn't accept visitors easily- this sort of thing takes a long time and commitment to working on and initially proper management and having the dog simply out the way whilst doing the basics of training needed to build a foundation from.
Addie has tonnes of love to give and with some tweaking and commitment to training he will make a wondeful forever friend.
