MY story

Sweet dainty small crossbreed Candy is looking for her forever home now. She is great with other dogs and would love one for company in the home.

MY PERFECT HOME

Her foster mum has said:
She’s not completely house clean yet but goes outside when the back door is open and on puppy pads when it’s not. We’re using a lot less pads than when she first arrived. If you keep an eye you can see signs and let her out and she will go outside.
She’s good with dogs and cats. On the lead she’s really good, pulls a little when we first get out as she’s excited but that’s all. She’s jumpy with loud noises but otherwise calm. Little bit nervous with new people but comes round really quickly. Can be left with my dogs for a couple of hours. I don’t shut her in a room I go out as she doesn't like it, much better with the house to roam and the other dogs to sleep with. She’s very young so still chews so needs lots of interesting toys and things to chew on. She will need someone who is about a fair bit at first.
Candy is spayed, vaccinated, chipped and ready to find her forever family! She can be placed with children 12 plus but doesn't like a hectic noisey home as it stresses her.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS

1

Fill in application form

Please fill in the form as honestly as possible. Our team will read the application and make sure it is the right match for the dog being applied for.

2

We will arrange a home check

If you and the dogs seem a good fit we will call you to discuss further, arrange to meet the dog and arrange a physical home check at your home.

3

Matched with your dog

Once we have agreed together that this is the right dog for you we will arrange for your dog to come to you. Depending whether this is via kennels or foster homes it may vary.

4

Ongoing Support

We love to keep in touch with everyone and hope you will reach out if you have any concerns or questions. We work with a number of local trainers and behaviourists too who can provide support.
