MY story
Ellie arrived with us a few months ago from Romania.
She has since been slowly gaining her confidence and is now ready for her forever home.
This is what on of her kennel volunteers had to say:
Ellie is a very sweet but shy girl who unfortunately has spent her time in the UK in kennels which means she hasnt been given the right atmosphere to bloom. Currently in with another dog called Pauline they both have struggled with the lack of opportunity that comes with home comforts and constant human interaction.
However the kennel volunteers have been patiently sitting with her from day one allowing her to see all people want to do is be kind and gentle and help her. Slowly but surely she started to peer out and investigate whats going on. Meeting new faces and now exploring exercise spaces Ellie shows shes ready to find her own home. Recently we have been working with her solo so she has a chance to show us her individual personality. Shes inquisitive and clever. We have given her the opportunity to interact with some of the more confident dogs which saw her begin to realise she too could enjoy herself without worrying as much. Ellie despite her initial fears has been nothing but sweet and calm even when having to try new things. She eats well and keeps her bed area clean indicating house training shouldnt be too difficult. Ellie just needs someone to help her reach her potential!
MY PERFECT HOME
Ellie will need a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum and no gaps at all.
As with all dogs on going training will be needed.
Ellie can live with dogs, cats with slow introductions and children 8+.

Fill in application form
Please fill in the form as honestly as possible. Our team will read the application and make sure it is the right match for the dog being applied for.

We will arrange a home check
If you and the dogs seem a good fit we will call you to discuss further, arrange to meet the dog and arrange a physical home check at your home.

Matched with your dog
Once we have agreed together that this is the right dog for you we will arrange for your dog to come to you. Depending whether this is via kennels or foster homes it may vary.

Ongoing Support
We love to keep in touch with everyone and hope you will reach out if you have any concerns or questions. We work with a number of local trainers and behaviourists too who can provide support.
