MY story
Minnie arrived with us from Romania recently and has been doing well in foster. So she is now ready to find her forever home.
This is what her foster mum had to say:
Minnie is a very sweet girl once she trusts you. She is better with women then she is with men, but with time and patience she will learn that you are here to love her. Minnie took about 2 days to allow me close and stroke her, now she knows a loving touch, she has zoomies and runs up to me every morning! Minnie is toilet trained on pads and outside. She ignores my cats and cuddles up with my other dog. It's only humans that she is unsure of at first.
She is nervous at times on walks, if nobody approaches her she's confident and struts her stuff but if someone approaches then she freezes for a moment but is easily coaxed back again.
She loves a stroke, belly rubs and a cuddle once the trust is there and she is very loving. She would be suited more for a female only home but she would accept a male eventually but could take a long time (weeks or months) before allowing a male to stroke her. All in all, with time and patience and the right person, she will gain confidence and be the best little friend ❤️
MY PERFECT HOME
Minnie needs a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum and no gaps at all.
As with all dogs on going training will be needed.
Minnie can live with dogs, cats but no children please.
