MY story

Lucky arrived with us literally knocking on deaths door. The rescues thought she was dead when they found her. But she wanted to live so badly that she fought and won and is now fully recoved and looking for her forever home.

This is what her foster mum had to say:

Lucky arrived literally as a walking skeleton. Despite this she was very friendly and loving immediately. She came into the house wagging her tail despite all she’d been through. She has slowly put on weight and gained muscle and strength. As she’s grown better physically so her personality has grown. She’s a very loving and playful dog. She collects up all the toys and hoards in her bed. She’s grown in confidence with my own dogs and enjoys a good run with them and shows a pretty decent turn of speed. She loves to chase a ball. Friendly with every dog she’s met and loves people- men, women and children. She’s quite eager to please and easily trained as she’s very food motivated. No food aggression. She is very light on the lead unless there’s a squirrel 🐿️. Best with another sighthound/dog for company- or someone who works from home.

MY PERFECT HOME

Lucky will need a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum and no gaps at all.

She can live with dogs and children 8+.
No cats.

As with all dogs on, going training will be needed.
