MY story
Phillip arrived with us recently from Romania.
He is currently in kennels and settling well.
Phillip has clearly had a rough life which has left him covered in scars and old wounds. But despite all this he could not be more friendly and welcoming to all he meets.
Phillip has been getting to know all the kennel staff and our volunteers. He has been doing well on lead and enjoys time in the exercise area.
Phillip is an older boy so will definitely appreciate the quieter life and won’t enjoy being surrounded by children or lots of pets.
Phillip really is a gentleman and so deserves to finally retire on a cosy sofa and enjoy yo good life for once.
MY PERFECT HOME
Phillip will need a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum and no gaps at all.
As with all dogs on going training will be needed.
We are not sure how Phillip will feel about other pets as he has always lived alone. But we are confident with slow introductions he would be happy living with another dog similar age and size.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS

Fill in application form
Please fill in the form as honestly as possible. Our team will read the application and make sure it is the right match for the dog being applied for.

We will arrange a home check
If you and the dogs seem a good fit we will call you to discuss further, arrange to meet the dog and arrange a physical home check at your home.

Matched with your dog
Once we have agreed together that this is the right dog for you we will arrange for your dog to come to you. Depending whether this is via kennels or foster homes it may vary.

Ongoing Support
We love to keep in touch with everyone and hope you will reach out if you have any concerns or questions. We work with a number of local trainers and behaviourists too who can provide support.
