MY story
Sybil arrived with us recently from Romania.
She is doing really well in foster and is now ready for her forever home.
This is what her foster mum had to say:
Sybil is around 7 years old and a small cross breed.
She come to us very nervous and shy but soon grew in confidence and is now a happy little girl.
She loves anything with a squeaker in it and will play at any opportunity.
She isn't keen on sitting on your lap but she's happy to lay next to you and take up all the attention you can give.
She is toilet trained and loves her food.
She does suffer with a little anxiety if left and she can hear you but not see you but if she's in her crate she will settle instantly.
She sleeps all night and even takes her self to bed at around 8pm.
She's still quite nervous of outside but with encouragement, she's quite happy to trot around the garden.
She's happy to have a harness and lead on and isn't bothered by either.
She isn't keen on cats but I think with time, she will learn to accept them but this will definitely take some time.
She's fine with dogs and isn't overly fussed by them. I don't think she would mind being the only dog or living with a smaller and calmer dog as long as shes gettig lots of fuss.
She's fine with children but I do think she would do well with an older family and having someone at home often, as she is definitely a little one who likes to be around people.
MY PERFECT HOME
Sybil will need a secure garden with 6ft fencing minimum and no gaps at all.
Sybil would prefer a quieter home being an older lady.
Sybil can live with other dogs. Cats are possible with carful introductions and children 8+.
